In 2008 he Novalca Sincert from the certification of its quality system for all aspects of the company. Novalca quality means in fact the verification of all parts of the supply process to the customer, including additional controls at the level of supply, which is why we are equipped with instruments such as infrared and DSC can assure 100% quality incoming of all components, which will then be chosen for the formulation of the compound according to the characteristics required by the customer.

This formulation relies on the support of process control laboratories in the individual production sites, equipped with basic instrumentation for the verification of key physical and mechanical properties, as well as a main laboratory, where, in addition to verifying the quality of all batches produced are tested and developed all the specific properties of new formulations.
Particular attention has been devoted to the control of flame resistance: In addition to classic UL94 flammability tests, we are equipped to perform specific tests of the electrical and automotive industries, such as glow wire, needle flame, FMVSS302.

The development of new glass fiber reinforced products was accompanied by the reinforcement of mechanical properties, with the systematic measurement of bending and tensile properties already at the level of semi-finished.

The collaboration with external laboratories certified allows us to offer to customers upon request, benchmarks of the aging properties of the light through accelerated testing, with subsequent characterization of the physical and mechanical properties of the products after exposure.
